They sold me books at discount price, but never mentioned about a membership and charges for $9.95 a month, it was in september when I noticed something was going wrong with my bank account, proceeded to change my debit card, but somehow they were able to get my new card number, I had to step in the Bank (Regions) and be able to stop the scam, nobody was able to explain how they got my new debit card number, a certified letter was sent to this guy, he never answered.
