- Got the same problem here. I tried to cancell before the 7 day trial end and could not reach them. They didnt waste any time in billing me $57.93. I finally got hold of someone and cancelled to prevent future billing but they refused to refund anything, claiming it is non-refundable as per the terms and agreements. If you cant reach them by phone or email to cancell how can you stop them from taking more money out of your account? I am not happy.
