I have just realised that when I signed up for the auction they send a receipt which stated that I was also signing up for a 'platinum account' and for that service I had $89.99 taken from my card each month. There was no mention of that in the signup form and as I didn't check my email account and read their receipt I have been unwittingly paying that amount each month. I went oto their live chat to be told that the 'contract was binding' and refused to allow any refund. I asked them just what the platinum account gave me for the money. It was rubbish and follows: Me: What does my $90 per month get me in benefits from your company?

Aki: Free bid
Aki: Bid-for-Free auctions
Aki: Daily Bid Agent
The DailyBidAgent does nothing to enhance winning the auction and that was admitted. For $90 per month?? And they hide the fact that your credit card will be levied in the receipt and not when you sign on. A scam.
