PLEASE READ THIS - VERY IMPORTANT TO ANY OF YOU THAT HAVE ORDERED THIS. I HAVE DEMANDED A REFUND!!!!! I ordered a serum and moisturising cream from this company which advertised wonderful results. Thankfully, I have not opened the items. when checking my bank statement online today to my horror I found that they had taken £74.95 and £79.99. I was not aware at any point that I was signing up for a continuous supply of cream on a monthly basis....certainly not at that price either!! After a very long conversation with the customer service advisor she offered me 3 pots of each cream by way of compensation. I did not accept. She then offered me half my money back (£77.47) by way of compensation. I did not accept. She told me that the trial period was 12 days from date of order - they didnt ship my cream until the 15th day - I said to the lady on the phone that I had not opened the creams and that I would expect a full refund after my sending the products back...if you read there T&C it does actually state you are entitled to a full refund if within 30 days.....eventually she agreed to a FULL REFUND. Obviously, I have still to see this as the only happened a few moments ago.....i will repost to inform you.........What a scam!!!
