i placed order for two item.my three sons complete dvd collection.priced 84.99 and was charged 195.00 and it arrived but some doesnt work.the other was loveboat series.complete 246 episodes of 9 seasons for 69.99.i was charged90.00 and when it arrived only 45 episodes arrived.i was overcharged 135.00 and didnt recieve the items i was suppose to get.and part of what i received was damaged.so i have a total loss of 285.00.what i was charged.
