Thought I was on a genuine Microsoft retailors site in UK or Amercica. Purchased MS Office 2010 (down load version) Only to find when pass key for produce entered on MS product verification site the key is invalid and the software not downloaded.
Alarm rang when e-mail sent instructing me to use a link. The e-mail address for the sender looked wrong and not a standard business e-mail. Placed a stop on the transaction with card company. Also changed all passwords incase the down load was a virous havesting personel details. The web site was Software Store.com but the e-mails came from SHUNXIN Firm
