I bought from Ben Constant of AHAHeath plans in Nov 2010. They collect a premium of 344.95 every month. I need surgery in January of 2012 and my doctors tried to get verifcation for the hospital and could not get ahold of anyone. They called me and said they could not get an phone answer. So I tryed my agent and he gave another number to call and said the company had moved. Same thing no answer. I tryed Ben again and NO answer. I had to have the heart cath, so was sent to the hospital. I know I'm resposible for all my bills, but wonder if I'm able to be refunded all the months of collecting premiums for nothing? I haven't had a chance to see if they paid for my visits to my attending physician. I already know they didnot pay any of my cariologist or testing done prior the surgery. I had the same insurance company for 32 years, but lost my insurance because we moved out of state only to be told by everyone but theses plan that I am not insurable for pre-conditions. That in it's self was a blow and worry.
