Basically they promote the site as if its free to get started. Its free to list your profile, but even as a paying member, if the other person your are trying to contact is not a paying member, that other person cannot receive emails from you. So basically they draw you in with all these "fake" profiles of people that are not even reachable at all. When you send them an email zoosk.com tells you that the contact has been made, but the person you send the email to cannot even read the email you sent them, zoosk blocks it and tries to lure them into paying to be a member for them to be able to contact you.
The zoosk.com site has NO customer support. When you call the support number they force you to leave a voice mail since there are literally no operators covering the support services. The recording says you will get a call back within 48 hours of leaving your message, but the call-back never takes place.

Since filing this complaint with scambook.com, Zoosk terminated my subscription and are not replying to my emails, requesting an explanation regarding this action without a refund of the money I have paid.
Are organisations like that above the law? I don't get it..... -
