on the 2nd of December 11 I tried a free triel of the above product
on that day the 2/12/11 the company took out of my bank account 16 seperate payments between £2.99 / £3.47 / £1.99.
I got my products eventually inside the box that the tablets came in
there was an invoice saying £10.00 delivery charge which i thought was odd. But to my suprise a few days later i got another box of tablets and a few days ater that i got another box of tablets with another £10.00 invoice and a few days after that i got another box of tablets with another invoice for £10.00 so that was three boxes of tablets with two bottles of tablets in each , plus a few days after that i got a jiffy bag with one bottle of tablets and you guessed it a few days after that i got another jiffy bag with one bottle of tablets in it.
I decided to check my bank statments and could see to my horrer
that LEAN SLIMULTRA AND LEAN SLIM CLEANSE had taken along with the £2.99 / £3.47 /£1.99 a seperate £57.11/ £39.20 /£57.95 /£57.95 /£57.95. I sent all but one of the boxes back and also the two bottles that came in the jiffy bag.I phoned the company and all they offered me was half the price of the last lot of tablets. They told me that i did not have the authority to send it back. They said i had to get a referance number . When i sent the tablets back i sent them redgistered post so i have proof of postage and know that they were delivered and signed for . So now i have no tablets and no money.
So now i am waiting for Trading Standered to get back to me to see if they can do anything as my bank cant as i used my visa debit card.
I told the women on the phone that their company are theives she said look at the terms and conditions whch i did not read I know it was stupid if i had sent it back with their permison i would of only get one payment back so plese if you are thinking if buying this product just think of me,or read the terms and conditions . what a con.
