seen theadvertisement on Face book which said that Kate Winslet had endorsed so I signed up or the trial shipment at a reduced rate for African Mango and Meta Burn, both items came to less than €10. Items arrived 3 weeks later which is longer than the time allowed for you to actually receive and try out the product if you are not happy with the results and want to send it back, I received my credit card bill today and have now 3 further charges which come to the above amount for items I did not receive, I rang the company in USA to demand they credit my credit card account only to be told that did not receive my cancelation within the 2 weeks allowed, I am really anoyed as I did not even receive the items in question for 3 weeks, Further more the lady on the phone said that another shipment had now been sent since 1st of Feb but the last charge on my account was for 31st of jan for the amount of €79.14, so they had charged my account before they even sent the items, she would not give me her name, said it was not company policy to give out such infomation. I dont know what else to do now, I really have been ripped off ,she said that my account with would now be terminated and I would not receive any further shipments , I have also rang my Credit Card company, but they could not stop the charges , the advice I got from them was to email metaburn to cancel the account and save the email but I have no email address to send it to,The above amounts are in Euros and when converted to Dollars it is well over $300 thank for your help, Regards Cecilia Daniels.
