I purchased the program and started following the steps they said to take and quickly found obstacles at every corner. First I never received a phone call back when I left a message to get phone support like the steps tell you to do. Next, I tried following the steps the customer service person told me to in order to create an account and the program never emailed me the link to continue. On top of that I was treated rudely each time I called to try and get my money back.
