Ordered ONE time car vin report for $2.95. read the fine print to cancel within 3 days or be charged $29.95. Called the same day to cancel. CSR (outsourced) said so sorry our computers are down but I will guarantee the account is canceled and no more charges will be placed to your bank. Next day called again. Woman CSR answered this time and replied with the same answer our system have just shut down but took all my information and guaranteed that my account was canceled.
They did not cancel I was charged $29.95 on 1/7/12 and again 1/17/12 $2.95 and again on 1/17/12 for $29.95 each time I received an overdraft fee of $34.00 two were cleared but one remains and the phone number on my bank statement of 1-888-613-1485 CARREPORT SALT LAKE CIT UT 00000 HANGS UP RIGHT AS SOON AS YOU CONNECT.

- Same thing happened to me. These people are crooks. We need to get them out of the scam.

- Exactly the same thing happened to me. A one time charge turned into 29.95 charge for three months. They definitely are crooks....about as dishonest a website as I have ever encountered. Still trying to get my credit card credited for $89.85. Will post back if I ever get this straightened out.....
