they took my pell grant money . the school was a fraud i withdrew from classes julu 29,1986. the federal tax refund was taken from me the year 1987 for the amount of the pell grant that i never received a dime of it. The College stole the money from me. Please tell me how to go about getting my money back. Everyone else that went their got their mney back. the scam occured in dayton, ohio.the year 1986 the scam occured when i enrolled in the college the year was may 27, 1986.
