I also received a screen that blocked me from everything on my computer saying I had a virus. So I clicked my way into a huge mess, costing me an initial $69.95. My computer crashed and I had to take it in to have it fixed, costing another $75. Needless to say the problem was with the monstrcloud "download". I tried to find Monstrocloud online again to find a customer service number and couldn't. All I found was different scam reporting sites such as this one. I would like to have my damages refunded and Monstrocloud punished for scamming people.
