After visiting the actual shop, located @ 2108 McDonough St, Joliet, IL and seeing what they had in stock (which was limited). The gentleman in the store recommended I go online and order, that this way I could get exactly what I was looking for. My kids had always wanted ATV's and I had a price limit of $1000.00. I decided to order the 125 CC Super Wrangler Go Cart (2 seater), this way they could both enjoy at the same time without fighting over ONE 4 wheeler. Of course the $1,100.00 jumped up to $1,531.88 after they whacked me with all of the extra fees. I called direct and ordered by phone rather than online so that I could be sure to get exactly what I wanted and not screw up the order. Something in my gut that day told me to hang up and not follow through with that order and my God how I wish I had! They never mentioned that we needed "means" to get the go cart off of the delivery truck. I was panicked but managed to find a friend with a fork lift (he's in the sod business near my home and uses it to move palettes of sod). After FINALLY managing to arrange a delivery date of Monday, July 18th, they showed up with the delivery around 12:30pm. My husband assembled the go cart for most of the afternoon and the kids were able to ride it around 7pm. Within that hour of riding, one of the overhead left cracked and fell off. After parking the go cart and turning it off for about 10 min. They went to start it up again and it was not getting gas. My husband realized, that the air filter had fallen off. My kids searched our 2 acres for the next 20 minutes until that found it in the yard. This go cart is a complete hunk of junk and I am sickened by the amount of money I WASTED. I sat down and sent an email to Great Sports about my extreme disappointment in the product. I knew I wasn't going to get a refund because it clearly states on the receipt NO REFUNDS! They replied with a few suggestions, such as charge the battery, they wear out quickly. That wasn't and is NOT the problem. The problem is it is garbage!!! My husband finally phoned the parts dept. and managed to get them to send some of the parts that they think could be the problem. Meanwhile, still no parts. It's July 27th and the go cart and sitting in my garage collecting dust and makes me sick to look at each day. I may as well have taken my $1500.00 and thrown it out the car window. I would have felt better about it! Just a warning to future customers....DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY!!!!! Spend the extra money and go to a well known local dealer with knowledge and experience and SERVICE!!!!!! Completely disgusted and regret my decision on that weekend to ever place the order! I'm stuck with a go cart that won't run and money that I will never see again. SICKENING!
