7/23/11: Purchased PC optimizer download "package" from Solvusoft, to include WinMaximizer and WinSpeed downloads, for a remarkable $29.95. "Download" (supposed) links did not activate installation processes. Only a partial download could be initiated, but the process failed before any of the software was fully installed. Full installations failed repeatedly; I gave up after several attempts.

Placed multiple phone calls to corporation (only phone number provided was "customer service" 702-441-0757). Phone line WAS NEVER ANSWERED. Submitted "ticket" to customer service and forwarded request for service. NO RESPONSE, NO ACTION TAKEN. 24 hours later, returned to site to track status of "report ticket" and found that NO TICKET WAS RECORDED. My service request did not appear in the system. I then attempted the "online chat" feature offered at the site: there has been NO response WHATSOEVER yet my debit card was, of course, instantly charged. I then e-mailed "customer support" at the address provided ("[email protected]") AND STILL HAVE RECEIVED NO RESPONSE, NOR ANY REFUND WHICH NOW I DEMAND.

IT IS EVIDENT THAT THIS IS A SCAM. EVERYONE WHO IS SEEKING PC CLEANING PRODUCTS SHOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Note: I DID read reviews concerning the product, and the concensus was that it was a mid-level, low-cost remedy, NOT that it was a complete SCAM. I am here to advise, THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM. BEWARE!
