Nue Science is a scam!! I signed up for a $ 2.95 sample on-line. I never received the sample. Instead I was billed an additional
$ 79.95. I called customer service and talked to supervisor 034. She told me that I would have to call the post office and track the package and that I was responsible for locating the missing package. She told me that if it wasn't found that I would have to file a fraud claim. The post office records that the package was delivered. I told the agent that there are 4 houses in the subdivision with the same street number as mine and I didn't think it was my responsibility to locate the missing package. I order on-line a lot and have NEVER had a package stolen, but have had numerous ones delivered to the wrong address. Stay Away from Nue Science. This company scams customers!!!!

- Shortly after I posted this report, Nue Science refunded my $ 79.95. I believe that the customer service agents are trained to try to intimidate customers and stop at nothing to keep from giving any refunds under any conditions. I know if I had not continued to fight this that I would be stuck paying for something that I never received. I still advise consumers to avoid this company.
