I took a $200.00 loan in November 2011 and closed by account on December 13, 2011. I had already paid $79.00 which left a balance of $121.00. I have recently learned that payday loans over the internet or in person are illegal in the State of New Jersey. But I have tried and tried since December 13, 2011 to get an address so that I can send the remaining balance of $121.00. But all I keep getting is according to the loan agree we will only accept a checking account so that we can do ACH, I refuse to get a new account until this loan is taken care of.
