They pretend to sell shoes, but after my order went through it has said "processing" for a week, even though they promise to despatch the orders within 12-48 hours. I have emailed them repeatedly, never getting any replies, and when speaking to a live chat person they only say they may possible maybe be short on stock, "sorry for the delay", they will send it "asap" and so on, no results, no specific dates and they won't answer why all of a sudden the whole site went down. Can't access my order details or even find their contact information. It is a total scam, I have asked for a refund but I doubt I will ever see that money again.

  • Hello, have you had any more news since posting this? The exact same thing happening to me - I ordered last saturday (4th), the site worked for a few days with my order showing 'processing'. Since, the site went down and the live chat person fails to give me a customer care phone #, telling me because of language difference they do not do this. At the start telling me 'if you dont want your order we give you refund' - but when i ask for refund they keep apologising but no refund is given yet. They say they have warehouses in US/HongKong/Shangai and they are doing something to fix the site, and sorry sorry sorry. The only email i received was the payment confirmation on the day or my order, saying the payment was made to www.paymentgbp.info (first weirdness) and then saying the payment will show up as "Cliuedar Limited" - but when i looked it up, this company doesn't seem to exist. All i can do now is ask my bank for help so i will try tomorrow.

  • On Thursday, a live chat person told me I would be refunded within 48 hours. I requested a confirmation email, which she said I would recieve within 48 hours AFTER I'd been refunded. Umm...

    Yesterday I recieved this email from [email protected]:
    "Dear customer,
    We have done the refund by our side,
    please check your bank account daily from now on.
    it is usualy arrrive your bank account in 15 days around
    Thanks for your supports!
    Sincerely066
    more products on site luxuryoutlet-sale.com"

    Altogether this has been an expensive mistake resulting in confusion and nonsensical replies like this.

  • Yes, total nonsense - I spoke to a live chat person today demanding a refund and the transaction confirmation number. She dealt with it, so she said, and when i asked for an email confirmation, i eventually got this from San Zhang, email [email protected]: "We have done the refund by our company, ?79.98 was refunded please check your bank account daily from now on.it usually arrive your bank account in 2-3weeks around.Anyways,thanks for your supports.When we do the refund, it takes time for the money to be transferred from one bank to another overseas. By the way,the efficiency of the banks will directly affact the refunding time,we will email you the latest information later , please wait patiently.thanks!sincerely063." and then when i asked for the # i got this reply "dear customer, about one week ,we'll get the Refund code ,and then we'll sent it to you immediately ,so please wait patiently .best regards 063".
    I'm going to call my bank to try get a charge back.

  • I got my money back (£10 short) just as i was calling the bank to ask about doing a 'charge back' - i guess my assertive emails and 'chats' maybe helped. Case closed for me - but i randomly found today 2 websites that look like exact copies of the one that misteriously disappeared (one of them all google-translated in French with a German URL!):

    Same scam people - all the text in their 'about us' page is total bull****. warning for people out there who intend to buy from those websites!
