I bought additional points approximately 4,000 points and membership to their Hawaii properties for approximately 6,000 dollars and an additional association fees of approximately 1100 dollars. During the presentation and negotiating Diamond Resorts did not forclose that they had a property insurance claim on the Kiaui property for millions of dollars. The claim was denied and owners where responsible for this needed repair. Consequently we were billed for 2011 and 2012 for approximately 8000 + dollars in additional owner fees. I fill that we are victims of a company that did not fully disclose their liabilities when negociating our contract.
