answered an ad for a free trial on 04/1/12 recieved goods 18/01/12 no paperwork was attached but i recieved an e-mail thanking me for my 30 day trial order advising me to use it striaght away. on 31/01/12 i recieved a bank statement showing 2 payments had gone out for £ 79.99 and £74.99 english pounds.I contacted the bank who confirmed where the payments were from.I e-mailed them asking why they had taken the money as i hadnt ordered any more products. 3days later they e-mailed back saying it was in the terms and conditions. i explained no terms and conditions were offered on the add i answered so how could i have?.I went on to find the add i had seen and i went through it and no terms and conditions were displayed or offered. i contacted them again to say this and was told i could not have a refund but no more money would be taken.. they have since removed the ad in question.. gutted as cant afford to spend that kind of money on face cream...:0(.
