AFTER CALL OTHER DEALER THEY AGREE IT IS A STRUT NOT A SHOCK I HAVE THE THE SERVICE DATE IT WAS INSPECTED BY THE DEALER(WESTBURY , JEEP, CHRYSLER) THE CAR HAS 6 YEAR-70.00 MILE PLAN PROVISIONS

Dear Mr. Melvin Smith:
I am the owner of Westbury Jeep Chrysler Dodge. I am sorry that you feel you were not handled properly. Nothing is more important than satisfying every customer at Westbury. After doing the research I found that your vehicle service contract was not eligible due to the level of coverage you originally purchased. Your contract was an added care and only the maximum care covered this repair. Also, this issue was from 2010 and I am not sure why you are complaining now-almost 1 1/2 years later. We also found your vehcle to have undercarraige damage possibly from a front end accident. Please contact me at 516-333-2666 #221 if i can assist you further.
