I had 3 phones in my plan and a tab for 3 months . I keeped fighting them for overage with the mega bits and rooming charges they claimed that I accumulated. Even when I was in a way larger plan then I was supposed to be . I always take extra so It would not accure. on June I started negotiating with them the bill they bougt it down to $1698.84 I was still not pleased but was willing to pay so I do not loss the # since is my Business #. I advised them I like to put my phones on vacation mode since apparently they have trouble. Now they are charching me cancelation fee . $800.00 more and they are willing to reduce it to $2500.00 they over charge me to begin I was suppose to pay a total of $120.00 per month .to settle not only did they cost me money they damaged my credit hurt my Business. I am fumming . There no one that will help!!
