I was looking for a rental house and found one of interest. Emailed the adress given. Mr. Cissell got in touch with me and preceded to accept everything I had said I needed . Then told me if I could deal with him being out of town we could do business. I had my daughter who lived about two blocks away go check the house out. A sign was in the window Century 21 with a number. She called it just to check the info out for me . The secretary that answed said this was a scam and he had tried before with several other properties. I did not send no money but just want people to know to beware if someones trys to rent you a house or sell one and says they live out of the country because of the work. Its bull.
