It was not a company, but an independant lady who scammed me.
I'll try to make a very long story short. I purchased a brand new mattress set from Rhonda Back by Jameson. She told me she would bring it to my house that very same Tuesday Feb 2. I called her to see if she was coming or not. NOT! Each time I made arrangements to pick up the set, she wouldn't answer the door. I call and set up arrangements, to no avail. Oh yes, and I had alreadygiven her my $200.00 cash with a signed receipt and have it in a safe place. After I went to the police and told them what had happened, I found that she has done things most of her adult life. She is a dopper/dopehead, a thief and has a long arrest rap. When she found that I went to the police and in return, they went and knocked on her door, but she wouldn't answer them either. I received a message on my phone the next afternoon, letting me know she would bring that BRAND NEW JAMISON MATTRESS SET to my house. I told it was too late. "Do not come on my property for any circumstances. If you come on my property, then I will be forced to go to the court house to see the state attorney. This was was supposed to be brand new, never slept on. It has actually been sold to the Marriott motel in Berea in the year of 2004. I didn't want her mattress set, wherever she got them from. I just wanted my money back. this is what I'm going to court over. I don't know if you are going to block her or what. You can call the sumerset sheriff's dept and verify that she has been in jail numerous times for drugs, theirf and so on. The ending here, is that I was supposed to received a BRAND NEW MATTRESS SET BY JAMESION, which was dirty, stained, ripped on the bottom of the box springs, it is really dirty and 12 years old.
