I WENT TO THE BANK AS IT WAS PAY DAY ONLY TO FIND A LARGE SUM OF MONEY HAD BEEN TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT UNAUTHORISED. £67.70 ISN'T A LARGE AMOUNT OF MONEY TO SOME PEOPLE BUT BEING A LONE PARENT WITH A CHILD UNDER ONE THIS WAS A LARGE SUM. I CALLED FRAUD LINE FROM MY BANK ONLY TO FIND I HAD TO WAIT 30 DAYS BEFORE THEY COULD DISPUTE IT. I GAINED THE DETAILS NEEDED FROM MY BANK STATEMENT AND CONTACTED THE COMPANY MYSELF ONLY TO FIND THE CONTACT DETAILS WERE INVALID. I STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY REFUND FOR THE UNAUTHORISED PAYMENT AND AM STILL STRUGGLING ALONG.
