I bought 4 items from www.ugg.ind.in , when i bought the items, i was charged at the checkout for £112.32 with P&P included, the site says free P&P but went through with it and tried to email them later. The payment went through a site called www.realypay.com realypay, i hadn't heard of before.
I waited for nearly 3 weeks with email messages to www.ugg.ind.in throughout with no reply.
I hadn't checked my bank accound within this time but went through my emails on that date of buying and found a couple of emails off realypay and a link to the transaction through signup which i noticed a refund had been made 3 days later with no reason why.
I then went to my bank account and noticed that £120.99 and a £1 overseas transaction fee had gone out of my bank from realypay (not the £112.32 i was billed for) and a refund of only £113 given back.

I asked realypay why this was and was told that it was exchange rate difference.
I was also told that the refund was due to items not being in stock.


So the i am out of pocket buy what might seem a small amount but i have recieved no items. How can companys do such practices off taking the wrongly billed price and giving back less even when i didn't recieve the items.
