My story is similar than the first scam report i got a brochure in the mail last july and followed by phone call from queenbury business manager peter watson and with all documents and report all the Abn and Aan was all approved by asic and audit was done and also call another investor to confirm some return was average so i decided to invest with the company for a 3yr betting license cost $9990 promising good returns if you invested around $10000 in the trading account and higher the return .In the first 5 month it was returning around 15% of my capital about $1500 then on the 9/10/11 of december 2011 in one weekend $10200 in my account just vanished and and the last i heard from this company was on the 1/2 / 12. I try to sent letters registered no reply and also try calling no answer email no reply .All my hard earning and super investments gone in a flash. I found some article on the net oct the 22 the saturday age in melbourne wrote an article about gambling scam targetting victorian and now sydney investors also got got up and lost money
i would like to know how many so far got done in victoria around 78 case was reported to consumer affairs and michael o'brien minister for consumer affairs to be wary of investing in such schemes and software betting prediction may well be a scams and I will be in touch with fair trading and consumer affairs myself soon .pleased put some comments if anyone has had this bad experience and alert others it very upsetting loosing so much money becaused they breach the contract agreements to only trade with 1% to 6% of the working capital per trade and i had no control and was amount change without my approval then all my money is gone.I really believed those people involved should be liable for their action and i am suprised that this company is still registered with ASIC.Any one out there in the same situation pleased post thankyou.
