I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism displayed by this company. I was the victim of a "bait and switch" twice over.

I was very clear to the sales person and to the scheduler I wanted one time only ant service and was not interested in an ongoing contract. I was assured by both that Clark would do this service. The exterminator would be able to provide an estimate and perform the service on the spot if I agreed to the price.

When the exterminator arrived he explained that his company did not do one time service and could not accommodate me. He would not provide a one time service or provide an estimate. He repeatedly tried to sell me maintenance service although I told him several times I was only interested in a one time service. He quoted a price of $130 for the initial spraying and $90 every other month for a maintenance contract.

I then called the office to complain and spoke to a manager, Gary. I let him know I thought this was bait and switch. He agreed that they would do a one time service for the price quoted and the exterminator would call back.
When the exterminator called back he now quoted a price of $300 instead of $130 for the work, despite my quoting his manager. In essence I was still being denied service, this time by quoting an exorbitant price.

Had either the sales person or the scheduler explained they did not do one time servicing I would have not wasted my time.
