was on a different website and a pop up came up saying 'FREE
sample get rid of wrinkles' so i ordered one of each only having to pay £1.29 x 2 for postage and packing. Weeks later i received a card from the post office to say there was a package for me but i had to pay £51.12 customs charge i went to the post office and told them i wasnt going to pay and so i refused the package. I then went on the website and told them i wanted my postage and packing back in my account and i didnt want anything to do with this company and would they reply to my email which they didnt, but on september the 23rd 2011 the company took £92.26 out of my account.I got in touch with my bank i had to change bank details and get a new card the bank did give me my money back on the 5th of october 2011 but then on in January 2012 the bank decided to take the money back and told me to get in touch with the company which has been difficult so i hope you can help.
