- Just a follow up from yesterday. I rang the company on 08081787320 on the instructions from my bank. they said they had been in touch with the company and said they were in breach of misrepresentation and were told that if their customers rang the above number, they were issuing refunds. I rang and it was an American lady again. She asked me if I had read the terms and conditions but I told her that it wasn't made clear on the original advert and at no time did I believe I had signed up for future products to be sent and that I wanted a refund. She stated that as I had passed the 14 day deadline I wasn't entitled to a full refund but she would issue half a refund. She stated that an issue of £77.48p would go back into my account within the next 7-10 working days and that I would be taken off the subsciption list and no further money would be taken out of my account. I hope this is an end to it now and I hope this information helps others to at least get some of their money back.
