I purchased a small starter kit and now they are taking money from my account unauthorised. I did not order anymore and yet they are taking money. I am an old aged pensioner and I get £155.00 a week income and that is almost half of my pension which means I cannot buy my weekly food. Can I get my money back?
Update: 02/13/2012
The company did notcontact me, and I knew nothing until I went on my bank account this morning, the only proof I have will be on my bank statement at the end of this month.
