I can remember applying for a loan dont no if it was this company tho i started putting my details in he applaction like name,bank details and also my work i got so far threw applacation and decided that i had changed my mind and opted out i did not sign anything or agree to anything i did not go ahead with the applaction i work partime ean £102 a week have 3 kids went to bank friday only to find this company has took £67.70 so iv rang them loads of times since friday and keep getting told the same thing there is no one to take my call as they are busy ill get someone to call you back and guess what im still waiting i no i wont get call back iv looked the web page up of this company there is a subscription fee of setting up an account with them there is also a log in page that asks for your email address and password i always use the sam password for eveything so i have tried putting my email address and password in and guess what i carnt log in so iv just rang them once again and asked if they could tell me my account details or if i have even got an account with them and to my suprise i am told im sorry i am only customer service i dont have thm details and there i no one here avalible for you to speak to but i can get some one to call you back . No i am very frustrated and angry i did not give these people concent to take money from my bank my bank say they carnt do nothing i have to resolve it with the company that took my money can someone please help me were do i go from here please to get my money back that i worked hard for and this stupid company has stole from me

  • first ring consumer direct on08454040506 log your complaint with them this will start trading standards off then ring action fraud on 03001232040 log your complaint with them they want to hear from you as they sent me my crime number and password and asked if i know anyone else well your the first if you do this you have more ammo for the bank. Next go to your bank and tell them you want to make a formal complaint with i bet they said they couldnt help but try this quote BCOBS 5.1.11 from the fsa handbook anyway after i did this they took me to a quiet room were as i didnt make a formal complaint they said they would return the£67.70 back to me by 5pm today the other one yes i said other one they done me twice will be returned to me as soon as your-money.tv take it now this rule BOCBS 5.1.11 means the bank have to prove you authorised this transaction if you didnt like me then they have to give you your money back tell them u want to make a formal complaint.now they said i could make a formal complaint but that could take up to eight weeks or i could have the money back in my account today .if this works for you then share this info around the more people who phone action fraud the more chance they do something sorry took so long not a fast typer if you need more help leave a post and i wil get back to you and if you want a bit of payback see my other posts.pls help others and spread the word

  • I have rang them they say because i started my apllication online with this company even tho i didnt finish my application and never agreed to the terms and conditions but because i have filled apart of application in the bank says there is nothing they can do i said i wanted to make formal complaint so i was put on he phone to a visa dispute manager and im told there is nothing they can do when i asked for an address to write a letter to complain imtold there isnt an address the can give me this is natwest i bank with i just feel like im never going to get this money back :(

  • how do they no it was this company be honest and tell them you might have put your details but your sure its not this company because you dont recognise the site request that they check whether you did authorise this payment or not say under BCOBS 5.1.11 it is there job to make sure you ok it dont take no for an answer make it a formal complaint did u phone consumer direct and get a crime number

  • Yes i hav got crime number and i am going to write a formal complaint to the branch manager. I also no understand how your money tv work there scam they told me i filled my so called application form in on the 30/1/2012 they took money from my account 10/2/2012 it states in ther terms and conditions that you have the right to get your money back and cancel agreement within 14 days but wht they do is the day they take your money out is on the 12th day of you applying which leaves you 2 days to cancel your so called agreement but they take this money without you knowing the only way you can contact them is the number on there web page which is a customer service team who say they dont have your information and the people who can deal with your call are all busy they aim to call you back in 48 hours which they do but by the 48 hours your now on your 14th day of your so called agreement so buy he time they tell you that you can get your money back as you can cancel in the 14 days of your application but have to do it in wrighting the scam is you carnt cancel as your on your 14th day of your application as your time is up as it gos from when they recive your canellation letter not from the day its posted so my advice is to anyone this has happend to the day they take the money out of your account send a letter in wrighting to the company to canel your agreement send it next day delivery and recored keep your proof of posatge this means you will have canceld on the 13th day of application i dont understand how they can just go into my account and take money in the first its disgraceful and 1 huge scam that they will be maken millions from

  • PLEASE BE SURE THAT YOU RECONGNISE THAT SITE IF YOUR NOT %100 SURE YOU DID AUTHORISE IT THAN ASK THE BANK TO CONFIRM YOU DID AUTHORISE IT MAKE IT A FORMAL COMPLAINT AND ASK FOR IT IN WRITING if they say no ask them to check BCOBS 5.1.11 because your pretty sure you have that right for them to prove you did ok the payment and if they cant in eight weeks then they have to give you your money back until the bank confirms it how can you be sure that you okayed that payment. Anyway im still copy and pasting to over 70 people on this site and 96 who was scamed on another site .dont worry ive contacted fsa, oft,companies house,financal ombudsman,action fraud,consumer direct .trading standards and the police so im sure its only a matter of time for these scumbags! remember pls be sure your %100 you know this site even if theres a 2% chance your wrong its the banks JOB to prove you authorised IT and the more money they pay out the more chance that they will go after these people so just to air on the side of caution MAKE THE BANK PROVE IT IN EIGHT WEEKS i will keep an i out for your comments but got to get the word out to 96 and counting BE SURE the banks dont give a toss about you so why should YOU good luck

  • Mike im not 100% sure that it was this company i am only taken there word for it i realy dont think i applied to them i no i did start applying for a loan but i realy dont think that it was this company as the web page dosnt spring to my mind i carnt even check my history as it always gets deleted ill keep you informed of the out come

  • remember the BANK HAS TO PROVE YOU AUTHORISED THAT PAYMENT make it a FORMAL COMPLAINT BCOBS 5.1.11 dont mess around with them get ANGRY YOUR THE VICTIM and i will help you through the whole complaints process come havnt the bankers done enough to us already

  • just read your post about natwest omg what a liar he has to take your formal compliant. look i can try and help you a lot easier if you open a new email account and post it on here then i can get info to you quicker you can always delete it after we beat the bankers come on what you got to lose and maybe £70 to gain and banks charges refunded you just need to ask some clever questions like how many other complaints have they dealt with before yours? why because if its lots why are THEY still authorising the payments to this firm im sure the has a duty of care to what they authorise

  • they have done the same to me and theyve sent me an email with an invoice/receipt of them taking this payment from me, theyve stated that it was not their company i applied to for a cash day loan but because i registered with another company my details get passed along to them? they said they cant refund any money but are happy to cancel my contract but they cant send me an email confirming this?? im so angry about this its a scam i never agreed for them to take any money out of my account and am unhappy with the fact i have lost out on my money. apparently though theres nothing we can do cause it states all this in there terms and conditions?
