- Same here. Placed an order on 2/9/14 for $248. They claimed delays, then gave me a fake tracking number, then went silent. They have one, maybe two, maybe more sites with different URL's. You can tell because they use the same basic design, colors, photos, etc. You can only contact them through a generic gmail address. Hopefully you're reading this before making a purchase!

- I did, thanks. Just wish I'd checked them out first before ordering. The jacket I ordered was sold out everywhere and I'd been looking for hours. I'll do this from now on, but hopefully our posts here will save others the headache. Cheers.

- Update: received a package today. It was tiny and inside was a pathetic knock-off Burberry scarf - obviously not what I ordered and just something cheap and light to keep the postage down, but provide a tracking number (after the fake one they sent originally). Real lowlifes.

- yeah i have to go thru a disputes procedure, whereby i post evidence of me trying to resolve the issue with the company (via email) to them, and they should then reimburse me the money.

- I had to do the same and they were helpful and credited it. I had the entire email chain as well. Hope G-star's legal can help prosecute these guys - they take this very seriously as it's damaging their brand.
