having (as I thought )purchased a coffee maker by auction from this company and sent carriage I fully expected delivery of the goods but it was not forthcoming as expected ,having e-mailed the company on several occasions they now request that Isend a copy of my credit card and full identification before delivery be made all for a charge of £12.75 ,meantime they deduct ,without authority a charge of £59.95 from my credit card so in total it is the gross total that I claim i.e £72.70,hopefully this claim will be upheld ,I have been in touch with the company by e-mail on more than once but get nowhere to resolve this situation PLEASE see what can be done from you offices . thank you my e-mail address (Personal Info Removed)
