My recently widowed mother clicked an advert on facebook for free samples with a postage & packing fee from creamcareskin.com. She paid the postage fee with her debit card + received 2 products. After looking at her bank statement today (13th February) A payment of £19.97 was taken by these thieves on 8th Feb, another payment of £19.95 was stolen on 9th Feb, and today 13th Feb a further £60.02 stolen. She eventually managed to contact this "company" only to be told she "Should have read the smallprint as she'd actually signed up for a "subscription"? This was not visible on their "advert"! She has asked for a refund of her stolen money but of course, not a chance. Bank card is now cancelled, but she is so scared of them continuing to steal her money she is now moving banks after 20years. One Word - Despicable. I will not leave this alone & am now going to the police.
