To let everyone know this is the most horrible business I have ever dealt with. First off I was lied to by one of the workers about the contract second was no one I mean NO ONE would get a hold of me I left messages over and over on a lot of peoples voice mails no one returned my call . They finally gave me a call when it was close to deliver my stuff then every one was contacting me and blowing up my phone cause they wanted paid! After them threatening to put my stuff in storage and not bringing it to me we get our stuff EVERYTHING is messed up! Everything big I own is either broke dented deep scratches name it looks like they took my stuff and threw it on to the truck! They lost hardware to my bed I had boxes that were drenched to the point I'm surprise the card board didn't give way. To top it all off they drove not only thru my yard, but my neighbors yard with a semi nothing says welcome to the neighborhood like ruining their yard. Now that they got their money from me and over charged me and lied to me they don't want to make anything right or even contact me they direct me to the claim department so I can receive $0.07 per pound that's not going to fix half the things that is messed up! I would never recommend them to my worst enemy's. My husband and I went with movers cause we moved 3 states away with 2 young children. We thought we was going to have a stress free move nothing to worry about sit back and watch people do all the work. We paid so much for them to move us and are very unsatisfied I wish we would of done it ourselves we would of saved thousands of dollars and our stuff would be in good shape. So all I can do is share my experience and tell everyone this is not the company you would want to go with their very unprofessional and rude all they care about is getting paid
