on dec. 15, 2011 we went to the ups store in Buena Park, Ca. to send a package to my son who lives in Fresno, Ca. they charged us $11.30 and told us my son would get it no later than dec.19,2011. so once he did not receive the package i tracked it online and it said that it got delivered. well my son never received it. we called the store they told us we had to wait 10 days before we could file a claim.we did exactly what they told us we had to do once we filed the claim they said someone would contact us and nobody ever did so i call back they told me the claim was cancelled because they figured we received the package..they never called to talk to us, so we refiled the claim again had to wait another 10 days still nobody contacted us so i call back again and the same thing happened, they cancelled the claim,by this time im beyond pissed, i refile the claim again for the 3rd time wait another 10 days i call to make sure everything was ok they assure me that it is and that it would take 7 to 10 days to receive our reimbursement. well after 10 days without receiving anything i call back again to find out that ups isnt honoring our claim because there was a change of ownership and they have no record of anything. i cant believe a company like ups is so unproffesional im so upset not to mention my sons disappointment. there has to be something i can do to remedy this situation
