Went on vehiclehistorys.com to obtain a VIN report, fee for one report after I signed on to get in was $2.95. Which was I agreed to receive the report I needed. 3 days later I noticed a charge of $2.95 and another charge of $29.95 from the propertyhousevalue.com site on my credit card. Called to find out and was told it is the mothly fee and I will not be refunded that fee, were not helpful at all. Filed a dispute with my Bank and my Bank advised that I should cancel the card, new card will be issued shortly. They are stealing from people and misrepresenting their name!!!
