We had a stamped concrete patio installed along with an inground salt water pool. Two years later the entire surface of the concrete began to scale and flake off, totalling ruining the patio we paid
$7000 for. The company refused to take any responsibility saying it was because it wasn't sealed every year, even though industry standards state concrete should be sealed every 2-3 years. They also claimed water should be tested by professionals every two weeks to keep ph in check because splashed pool water can cause this. Give me a break! It cost $5400 to repair and the entire surface of the concrete had to be grinded off and resurfaced. If you're in business stand by your work. Do not do business with the Company.
