I am one of many persons who accepted as term of book purchase a hidden clause signing myself up for a monthly charge to my credit card for "joining" their book club. I have corresponded with the BBB on Boca Raton and the Attorney General's Office, State of Florida on this matter. Thus far no action has been taken to investigate their business practices. BBV has sent me a check for $10.95 although they recently sent a letter to me copy of which did go to the Attorney General's office that they had reimbursed me $110.45. I am not interested in the money. I want their business practices altered to protect the public. Can you send this information to those who contacted you with complaints. I think the best recourse is to continue fielding complaints to the Att. General's office in Boca Raton so BBV will be forced into changing their practices. Thanks, Claire Pratt
