This company ad on TV has a fry pan,that they claim need's no oil to cook with! I have just received the fry pan with instructions! It states before you use the for cooking each time you must coat with cooking oil. The way the ad read's, is that you can cook anything without damage to the pan. Nothing about cooking oil..Also in the Ad., it show's that they use a steel utensil when cooking. But according to the instruction's i received, you must use plastic, or wooden utensil's...The shipping alone coast as much as the pan! I have made two attempts to contac the company,but the recording said leave a message and they will get back to me. All i want is an address to return the item! But it's still a rip off. What is my next step?
