- If I were you I would cancel the card they are debiting and contact your bank or credit card company. If they have taken money for goods you have not recieved it is fraud and your credit card company can sort it for you. I e-mailed them and they have said my account is now closed, and my credit card people told me that legally they can't take any more money. I will just have to keep my fingers crossed.
