I placed an order with Paracord Masters on 11/21/2011 for $31.67 (not a lot, but it's my money). Never received my order after waiting forever. After trying to contact the company to find out what was going on and only hearing that they were not getting their shipment from the company they order from I continued to wait. Still not getting anything, then on 1/12/2012 I received an email stated that they would be refunding money on all previous orders placed. If you wanted your refund sooner you could send a letter to them and it would be issued within 10 days of receiving your request. I sent in a letter requesting my money back 2 weeks ago and still have not received a refund. Not able to contact anyone at the company, everything that used to exist no longer exists. I just want my money back, what a SCAM!!!
I located a much more reliable company and had my order within 4 days of ordering it! Paracord Masters is a joke and I just want my money back.
