I used the 3 day trial. Cancelled the very next day via email listed date and time. No tech support on live chat ever some on and still not available. No one ever answered the phones. So I sent an email.I got a email today 2/14/2012 saying it was past the three days not eligable for refund below is the copy of the email I sent and I also sent the email the sent back.
