Do not give this person ANY information. It is a total scam that happened to my aunt last year. They are calling because there is more information they need, like your bank account number. Let him call one more time, tell him you have reported him to the police and then block all numbers from your phone. That seemed to work for my aunt.

- Thanks so much for posting this. My phone died overnight and i woke up with 6 messages from this "attorney". They were claiming if they didn't hear from me or my attorney then they wished me luck also claiming this was time sensitive. I called the mumber curious and the mailbox is full! I also searched the number on white pages and it said that no name was found for it. So if you get a call from 213-261-5790, it's a scam! Also I was barely able to understand the woman leaving the message.
