we stayed for 13 months at the circle 9 ranch the owner has been reading the metters for electricity i have a 30 foot motor home everything in the motor home is propane and 12 volt lights furnance everything execpt the refridg, 2 19 inch lcd tvs and 2 satelite boxes hes been charging us 170.00 to 220.00 a month for electricity, and the propane for cooking and the furnance he has been billing us up to 600.00 a month now this motor home is insulated and we skirted it with insulation for the winter months he will not produce a bill on the propane but his own also every lot in the campground has a meter he personally reads the meter and bills us whatever also on a bill he is charging us taxes on the lot that we pay for already my motor home is 225 square feet also theres a transfer fee god knows what that is 77.00 this guy threatens you with evection if you dont like the way things are he knows that people staying there are having a diffucult time as it is i paid him in full every month execpt dec and on jan 10 i gave him a check for 1,000.00 and now he says that we ow him 1,330.00 more we do not have a lease and i have all canceled checks i don't believe he can read the meters that belong to northeast utilities ive been billed by him for 98.00 for 3 days when we first arived thai owner is stealing hard earned money from many peop[le that stay there and he will not produce a real bill for the meter from the electric co. he is not a licensed electric co, i have 4 pdf bills from him in my gmail i saved them to personal circle9 and canceled checks and all of the bills that he has given to me via e-mail
