I ordered the cream for a free trial and paid shipping fee of 4.95. Prior to this charge, I was also charged on Dec 13 and Jan. I closed my account and opened a new account and still they were able to charge my account. They charged me for those 3 months and I have not received the product. I called in Jan to say I want cancel and do not want them to ship me the cream and still they keep charging my account. I now have to change my bank in order to stop them from going into my bank account.
