i applied for a loan with some companys an had no worning about the company taking any money an left me with-out food an other things i have diabeties type 2 and needed the money to live i have been very unwell because of this, there must be something i can do ?

you can write to them and quote consumer act 1974 section 155 and they have to give u your money back !
EPM Cash finders , level 6 , the chambers , chelsea harbour , london , sw10 oxf.
Also u can contact your local office of fair trading and they will help.
You can also contest the transaction with your bank and if card was a visa u should get your money back.
Be warned , u must write to them in 14 days of this happening and good luck , still waiting to see if i get mine back.
1 last word of advice , cancell your debit card as they may well try again. -
