I was called at 9am today and was told that I had charges against us for a payday loan that I took out online a while back. The guy that called was a middle eastern man with a heavy accent claiming his name was Michael Carter. I also spoke to a Kevin Marshall and a woman. They said that their attorny's name was Alex Watson. I were told that I will be getting an arrest warrant brought to me at work or i was going to be arrested not sure what he actually said. The numbers they are calling from are based in cali. (Personal Info Removed) that is in Sonoma Cali. (Personal Info Removed) is based in Fort Bragg Cali. and the fax number they give you to fax a letter to them is 951-344-7342 which is based in Riverside, Cali. So all this is very fishy.
